And this semester, touchless printing is now also available via your smartphone. Miami’s wireless printing app allows printing to Pay4Print printers around campus. Miami’s Virtual Private Network (VPN) provides a secure connection to Miami resources from off-campus and can be accessed at /vpn. NameCoach, a tool that helps provide pronunciation information for student, faculty, and staff names, is available for Miami users in Canvas and online! Other software you may need VPN Miami students have the ability to record the correct pronunciation of their names and list that pronunciation on their Canvas profile. Office 365 is available for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. The software is yours for as long as you are enrolled as a student with Miami. The agreement allows you to install Office 365 on up to five devices of each type (computer, tablet, and phone). Miami provides Microsoft Office 365 free of charge to all actively enrolled students.
